1) I signed up / registered, but never received an email saying that my registration has been accepted. Now it says my user account is inactive and I can't log in?
If your account has not been activated within 24 hours, please reply to the initial email you received from us and let us know, since your account needs to be manually activated and may have been misidentified as a spam account.
